Burglary, Theft and Criminal Mischief in Byram

On June 26, 2014, the Byram Twp. Police Department responded to Ash St. for a report of damage to a vehicle. Upon arrival, the officers observed that the victim’s vehicle had been vandalized and that there were items missing from inside the vehicle. A follow-up investigation by Det. Tierney produced the names of several suspects. Based upon the evidence that was obtained during the investigation, two juveniles were each charged with the indictable offenses of Burglary, Theft and Criminal Mischief. Juvenile complaints were issued and both suspects were released pending a Sussex County Superior Court, Family Part date.
