Freeholder Gail Phoebus Releases Letter Regarding Settlement’s ‘Gag Order’

SUSSEX COUNTY – In her ongoing effort to promote transparency and openness concerning the “solar issue,” Freeholder Gail Phoebus released the attached letter sent by legal counsel to the Sussex County Counsel regarding the so-called non-disparagement clause in the Settlement which is nothing more than a gag order on elected officials who are trying to get to the bottom of what went wrong with the whole “solar issue.”
