Motor Vehicle Stop Results in Charges for Narcotics Use and a Warrant

On January 14, 2015 the Franklin Borough Police Detectives conducted an investigation in the Borough.

During the investigation, Detectives stopped a motor vehicle for numerous motor vehicle infractions.

During the motor vehicle stop, Patricia A. Elborkielidrissi, 61, of West Milford, was found to have a Superior Court warrant from Bergen County. Ms. Elborkielidrissi was also allegedly found to use heroin and crack earlier in the day.

Ms. Elborkielidrissi was charged with numerous motor vehicle summons and use of a controlled dangerous substance. She was turned over to the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department as a result of the Superior Court Warrant.

The complaints that were filed are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The charges may be presented to a grand jury for potential indictment.
