Franklin Municipal Budget Reduces Levy By 1% For 2016

FRANKLIN BOROUGH, NJ – Franklin Borough is pleased to announce that the 2016 budget will have a 1% in levy reduction, but no reduction in services and no lay-offs. The Finance Committee, the CFO and the administration, worked hard to achieve this milestone.

The FY16 municipal budget will be introduced on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at 7pm at the meeting of the Mayor and Council. We are expecting to include figures from the school budget and the county budget in the near future.
