Franklin Police Department Cautions Residents to Protect Vehicles Against Burglaries

The Franklin Police have received multiple complaints of motor vehicle burglaries in and around the Borough.

Borough Police Detectives are investigating multiple car burglaries where global positioning units were stolen along with cash, and other valuables.

Police are asking residents to lock their vehicles and to set alarms. Police are asking not to leave valuables in their vehicle overnight. It’s very important for residents to remember to keep their vehicle in a well-lit area when possible.

Police are warning people to remember to lock their doors and do not leave valuables in plain sight and call the police if you see any suspicious person or activity.
