ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Officer Kraus observed a vehicle parked in the woods by the community garden.  When the occupants saw him the driver started the car and went to leave.  Offcier Kraus stopped them and could smell the odor of burnt marijuana.  The 17-year old driver had  a crusher  a fake 7up soda can with marijuana in it 4 empty glassine baggies, and a glass marijuana smoking pipe.  The provisional driver was arrested, charged and later released to a relative.
