Burglary in Byram Results in Stolen Food

BYRAM, NJ – On August 21, 2015, the Byram Twp. Police Department took a report of a burglary that occurred at 53 Waterloo Rd. The victim stated that two individuals entered the residence while she was not home and stole food from the residence. One of the suspects used to live at the residence but moved out several months ago and was not allowed back on the property. Det. Tierney followed up with the investigation and determined that Dwight D. Miko and Alquan A. Stewart, both of Budd Lake did enter and remove food from the residence. Both were charged with Burglary and Theft. They were both released pending a mandatory first appearance at the Sussex County Superior Court.
