Youth Entrepreneurship Summer Camp

NEWTON, NJ – The Center in Newton is now accepting applications for the Youth Summer Entrepreneurship Camp to be held at Sussex County Community College on July 22 & 23, 2015 from 10 am to 2 pm.   The camp is for students ages 13 through 17.  Scholarships are available for all interested youth.

Participants will earn money while joining other teenagers in harnessing their creativity, talents and imagination to build financial independence through entrepreneurship.  The Youth Entrepreneurship Summer Camp introduces students to the concept of running a business and what it takes to make a business work. Through interactive exercises, games and guest speakers campers will learn about entrepreneurship including developing a business idea, marketing and basic financials.

Registration for the Summer Camp is limited to the first 20 youth and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Breakfast and lunch will be served.  Limited transportation assistance is available.
