Possession of Tramadol
BYRAM, NJ – On 7-14-15, the Byram Twp. Police Department responded to the Quick Chek parking lot for a report of a male passed out inside a vehicle. When the officers arrived, Stephen M. Dagis of Ogdensburg was found asleep inside the vehicle with his leg protruding from the open driver’s side door. Dagis was then woken up and while speaking to him, it was discovered that he was in possession of Tramadol, a Schedule IV controlled dangerous substance, that was not prescribed to him. Dagis was arrested and transported to the station where he was charged with Possession of Tramadol, a third degree crime and lodged in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000.00 bail with no 10% option.
