ANY OTHER INFORMATION: A resident called the police at 3:27 in the morning to report there were people fighting in a vehicle by River Styx Road. The caller described the vehicle to our dispatcher who gave it to patrols. The vehicle was located and stopped by Officer Bianculli. After investigating who was arguing in the vehicle Officer Bianculli found the driver to have been drinking. At first she denied drinking saying she was the designated driver. After failing a Field Sobriety Test she said she was “day drinking” but was not at night. She was given further Field Sobriety Tests and failed. She was arrested, taken to headquarters, given the Aloctest, charged and put in our cell until day shift could find someone to pick her up.
Thank you to the resident who took the time to call this in. You might have saved the lives of those in this car or anyone on the roads that night. You are the eyes and ears for your Police Department.
