Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 57 Donates Money to Purchase Cheerleading Uniforms
FRANKLIN, NJ – The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 57 of Franklin recently donated monies to the cheerleaders of the Franklin Elementary School to purchase new uniforms for the varsity cheerleading squad.
“This is one example of how our FOP Lodge contributes to our community,” said Nevin Mattessich, President of FOP Lodge 57.
FOP Lodge 57 is non-profit organization serving the community and is comprised of members from the Franklin, Ogdensburg and Hamburg Police Departments.
“Past donations from our lodge include ones to needy local families as well as local charities in the area and across the state,” Mattessich said.
The next fundraising event for FOP Lodge 57 will be the first annual beefsteak/tricky tray/comedy show at the Brownstone on Friday, Jan. 30, 2015. Tickets are available from any member.
