Byram Police Make Arrest for Credit Card Theft

On 5-3-14, the Byram Twp. Police Dept. received a complaint from a victim who stated that he lost his wallet and afterwards, someone had used his credit card to make several purchases at businesses in the Byram Twp. area. After reviewing video surveillance from one of the businesses, Det. Tierney spoke to Terry L. Jackson of Byram Twp. who admitted to stealing the credit card and using it on several different occasions. Jackson was charged with the following and released pending a mandatory court date at the Sussex County Superior Court: Credit Card Theft and Theft of Movable Property.
