Byram Police CDS Arrest

On 5-9-14, the Byram Twp. Police Department responded to a residence on Lockwood Ave. for a report of a theft. When the officers arrived, they found the accused, Sean M. Gill of Rockaway, NJ in his vehicle in the driveway. While speaking to Gill, the officers discovered a no-bail warrant for him out of Sussex County Superior Court. Gill was arrested on the outstanding warrant and while looking inside his vehicle, the officer observed several hypodermic needles in plain view. The officer took custody of the needles and subsequently also found a smoking device containing burnt marijuana. Gill was then processed and charged with the following before being lodged in the Sussex County Jail: Possession of Under 50g of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes.
