Lady in Orange

On 09/30/13 a resident from Flanders contacted this Police Department to report a theft.  She stated that she last used her PNC Visa debit card at Walmart in Flanders on September 26th.  She later found a transaction that she did not make and called the bank. They informed her that her card was used a the Hopatcong Quick Chek ATM.  Officer Bianculli received the video surveillance from Quick Chek.  We are looking for the identity of the female in orange.  Anyone who might be able to provide a name please contact this department at (973) 398-5000.
