ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Officer Kraus was behind Palaia’s vehicle when he saw her crossing over the double yellow lines. He stopped her and found that she had been drinking alcohol. Palaia was given Field Sobriety Tests and failed. Inside the car were empty and half empty Smirnoff vodka airplane bottles. Palaia was taken to headquarters and given the Alcotest. She was charged and later released to a family member
