DWI, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Failure to Keep Right and Failure to Exhibit Registration

Officer Kraus was traveling on Lakeside Ave when he saw a vehicle approach him.  That vehicle was speeding and it was across the double yellow lines.  When Officer Kraus stopped the vehicle he found the driver who was Mark Livingston to have been drinking alcohol. Livingston was given field sobriety tests and failed. He was arrested, taken to headquarters and given the alcotest.  He was found to be over twice the legal limit of  .08% BAC.  He was charged and released to a friend the next morning.
