Miller went on to explain, “The evening featured Miss Bianca Silva, who is Miss Brazil Manhattan and a Miss Brazil USA Finalist (pageant to take place Nov. 13 2015). Bianca danced the Samba for the smiling crowd and offered Samba lessons to the group. Bianca certainly brought some heat to Sussex County with her feathers and her Samba dance! In the end we tripled our attendance over last year’s gala.”
