Among the fare this year were: pulled turkey sandwiches, chili, cheese fries, chili fries, iced coffee, and an array from barbecue items. The Victoria Diner, Texas Smoke BBQ, Clyde’s Homemade Italian Ice, Cold Stone Creamery, 2 Guys Catering, the Knights of Columbus, Sussex County Technical School and Piscataway High School culinary arts students, and others, were among some of those who had foods available for tasting and/or competing.
Event sponsors were: Culligan-Tri County Water Conditioning, Eastern Propane Corporation, Caldwell University, First Hope Bank, Franklin Mutual Insurance Company, Holiday Inn Express, iHeart Media, RoNetco Supermarkets Inc., Service Electric Cable TV of NJ, Sussex Bank, Sussex County Community College, and Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative.
