Resident Endorses Space and Phoebus for Their Firearms Support

To the Editor:

New Jersey’s firearms laws are a mess. They are blatant violations of our constitutional rights enshrined in the Second Amendment.

Handguns are considered contraband unless you fall into narrowly defined exemptions. What Americans go through in 41 states to receive a shall-issue carry permit – apply to the police, pay fees, go through background checks – is what New Jerseyans have to do to just purchase a handgun.  And right to carry does not exist for almost everyone here.

The right to self-defense is basically denied.

We need legislators who understand that are rights are in constant jeopardy. That is why I will be voting for Parker Space and Gail Phoebus for Assembly on June 2^nd. They are both endorsed by the National Rifle Association, Gun Owners of America, and the Association of NJ Rifle and Pistol Clubs. Parker and Gail are proven leaders in defending our rights and as gun owners themselves, recognize the value of self-protection and our country’s shooting heritage.

Please join me and all freedom lovers from throughout Sussex, Warren, and Morris Counties and vote for Parker Space and Gail Phoebus for Assembly.
