REASON FOR THE STOP: report of an argument inside of a vehicle at the Hudson Maxim School

CHARGES AGAINST THE ACCUSED: DWI, Reckless Driving

ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Officer Cirri responded to the Hudson Maxim School parking lot on a report of a male and female arguing in a vehicle.  The vehicle was gone but Officer Kern found the vehicle on Ithanell road.  When he stopped it he found that the male driver had been drinking. Officer Cirri gave Mr. Dimovski Field Sobriety Tests which he failed.  Dimovski was arrested and taken to headquarters. He was given the Alcotest, charged and later released to a family member.
