Michael Dos Santos Joins CP Engineers & Architecture as Director of Business Development

SPARTA – CP Engineers & Architecture is pleased to announce that Michael Dos Santos has joined the firm as Director of Business Development.

Dos Santos joins CP Engineers & Architecture with over 20 years experience in account management, marketing, business development, research and operational experience in the advertising, healthcare/pharmaceutical and security consulting sectors.

Most recently, Dos Santos served as Director of Global Business Development for Pinkerton, the nation’s oldest and largest investigative and security consulting services firm. While at Pinkerton, Dos Santos was an integral part of domestic and global account development and oversight, revenue generation and project management of assignments. As primary liaison between Pinkerton’s global offices and U.S. headquarters, his responsibilities included: operations, communication, contracting and sales training of field personnel. Over the course of business, Dos Santos liaised directly with heads of Operations, HR, Legal, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance and Security/Safety over a multiplicity of industries and worked closely with Procurement/Sourcing as the primary project manager for major bid submissions.  During his tenure, Dos Santos was intimately involved in client matters involving physical and technical investigations, security consulting/risk mitigation projects, crisis management and protective services assignments, both in the U.S. and abroad.

Dos Santos will have responsibility for Business Development pertaining to the firm’s Engineering, Architectural, Risk Assessments and Life Science Consulting Services. Dos Santos holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University.
