Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest in Byram

On 11-13-14, the Byram Twp. Police Department was dispatched to Lackawanna Drive for a male who was disrupting traffic by walking into the middle of the roadway. When the officers arrived, they found Joseph N. Stabile of Byram Twp. sitting on the shoulder of the roadway. Stabile, who appeared to be intoxicated became combative with patrols and was placed under arrest. Stabile was taken to the station for processing where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. He was then released pending a mandatory Byram Twp. Municipal Court date.
