Skylands Tea Party to Host Republican Assembly Candidates Debate Tuesday, May 26 at Sussex Vo Tech

Sparta, NJ – Skylands Tea Party will be hosting a debate between the NJ Republican Assembly candidates.  The debate will be held on Tuesday, May 26^th at Sussex County Vo-Tech Cafeteria, 105 North Church Rd (Route 94), Sparta beginning at 7:30PM.  Assembly candidates Marie Bilik, Gail Phoebus and Parker Space are scheduled to attend.  Assembly candidate Nathan Orr has a scheduling conflict.

Tom Clark, president of Skylands Tea Party said “It is important for everyone to hear where the candidates stand on the issues.  We have invited Matt Rooney, founder of Save Jersey, NJ’s #1 Republican political blog, to moderate, giving the voters of the 24^th District an unbiased view of the issues we face.  Mr. Rooney has accepted our invitation.  We have also invited local reporters to serve as panelists.”
