Hopatcong Police Welcome Its Newest Officer

HOPATCONG BOROUGH, NJ – Officer Vincent Fullman was sworn in at 10:00 am 03/19/15. (Right before he went to the range to qualify). Officer Fullman graduated Hopatcong High School in 2005. He took Criminal Justice Courses in Sussex County Community College. Fullman joined the United States Marine Corps in 2008. He served 4 years. In September 2014 he started the alternate route program in the Passaic County Police Academy. He graduated March 17, 2015. Officer Fullman will be taking the place of Officer Robert Haffner who will be retiring this June. We welcome Officer Fullman to the Hopatcong Borough Police Department.
