The holiday season kicks off in Downtown Newton with the Greater Newton Chamber of Commerce Annual Holiday Parade. This 50 year tradition begins at 10 a.m. on Spring Street and includes music, floats and other fun! Santa arrives by firetruck and will give out gifts in front of the fire museum to children who visit him following the parade. Visit Downtown Newton’s shops and restaurants after the parade to celebrate Small Business Saturday, and shop and dine local!
