In 1787 following colonists’ independence from England and the formation of the United States with the Declaration of Independence in 1776, the founding citizens of the United States penned and signed the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787. This event took place at the Constitutional Convention, with George Washington present. Washington has become known as the “Father of our Country. Two years following the First Constitutional Convention, he was unanimously elected as this nation’s first President, serving until 1797.

We hold a Constitutional Form of Government, which enables citizens with basic legal rights. Yet many politicians today, as well as citizens, view this founding document as “antiquated” and “flawed” and are looking to toss it away.
Why? This document and its principles were created to protect our citizens and our rights. Many instead in certain parties in government already, or who are attempting to run, are looking to take it away, and convince us that we will be protected when it is taken away.
President Barack Obama and candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton have stated they support a globalist view. This is not a conspiracy-laden view. President Barack Obama has addressed this and it has been reported in major news outlets, including the Los Angeles Times, which reported on it on Sept. 20, 2016. Obama told the United Nations in his final address that he was in favor of global integration. Click here for that article.
The Los Angeles Times quoted Obama as stating “global integration needs a ‘course correction’ to make sure that all share in prosperity and that justice is applied equally.”
However, globalism is not a realistic view for the survival of the United States as we know it. In 1776, colonists showed their disagreement for the leadership in England, and the governance overall that England exerted on them on new soil.
Today, our Constitution differs from constitutions in other nations. We are not like Middle Eastern countries in terms of values and rights. To attempt to globalize and attempt to “equalize” us with a body of countries that has rights set back for women, will not help those in the United States. Some of these nations also give Sharia Law the weight to reign. To place us on the same front as Communist nations, will also go against our Constitution. Sharia Law disagrees with the basic tenets of our country and the rights afforded to all who live in our borders.
Many call the United States a “democracy.” This is also a misnomer. The United States is a “republic.” A Democracy permits citizens to vote on laws directly. The United States is a Republic, meaning that we have elected representatives. While we do have the opportunity to vote on particular issues, and vote those representatives into office, they in turn represent us on issues in our government and do the voting on our behalf in the Federal, State and Local branches of government. In turn, it is important for us to vote in those who best represent our interests, which in turn is those representatives who best support and protect our Constitution and our Constitutional Rights.
Many of these original rights have been infringed upon by the status quo in establishment politics, including those in Article I, which is the document’s preamble. Section 8, number 4, “To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization,” is something that the Obama Administration has toyed with severely, and Hillary Clinton plans to continue in her administration, permitting unvetted individuals into our nation, as well as doling out free benefits to them, over citizens in need. Section 9 number 1 has also been broken many times through the allowance of illegal persons into our borders. Additionally, giving these illegal entrants the right to vote in our political system should not be allowed. On Fox Business, President Obama has stated incorrectly that those who vote, if illegal, are considered “citizens.” That is incorrect. Under state laws in a Federalist system, which the United States also is with the Federal and State laws. But the Washington Times reported that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg spoke on behalf of the court in her opinion and said that while those eligible to vote are the only ones permitted to vote, but if an illegal happens to vote, it should be counted.
That is against the law and Justice Ginsburg’s gross misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment of our Constitution, which only applies to citizens, states that representatives represent all parties in their district. Amendment 14, Article 2. It reads:
“Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one-years of age,15 and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.”
In other words, one must also be a citizen of the United States, naturalized or born here, to vote. That right can and should be denied to those here illegally and should not be counted within the vote, even if an illegal person is residing within a border. A resident is someone different than a citizen, whether that citizen, and many have, come here legally through the right channels.
With Amendment 19, that of course extends the right to vote for women, but only for women who are here legally. And of course, Amendment 26 lowered that voting age to 18.
Article III Section 3, number 1 addresses the topic of treason, which we have clear cut cases of our President, as well as Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton aiding and abetting the enemy not only through their actions, but also with monies that Hillary Clinton’s Clinton Foundation has received for pay-to-play. There are more than two witnesses, which is all that is required in our Constitution, to declare these parties treasonous. According to Article III, Section 3, number 2, our Congress has the power to declare the Punishment of Treason, yet our Congress has currently set no punishment towards our President and Hillary and Bill Clinton, and those within our government and outside who are committing treasonous acts.
The Bill of Rights is the basic set of rights afforded to citizens under our Constitution. However, those who are seeking to change our government to a more globalist view have been attempting to suppress these rights. The disintegration of our Constitution and destruction of these rights is something difficult to return once they have disappeared. Article I for example, the freedom of expression and religion has been tromped on in many ways by a loud minority suppressing a rational majority. Article II the right to bear arms, which permits people the right to keep and bear Arms, though it is stated to not be infringed on, has been with overregulation of laws.
We know if as foreigners in another country, we told that country that they needed to change their Constitution or language to accommodate us, we would be told to “go scratch” and like their ways or leave. Some countries would kill us for not wishing to adhere to their ways, such as in countries where women and gay people are sacrificed because of the ways of these countries. Remember, Qatar, which gave Bill Clinton a $1 million gift, which the Clintons “forgot” to report (yeah, right…oops) while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, as reported by Reuters (click here), to the Clinton Foundation, has made LGBT rights illegal. The right to be LGBT is not illegal under our U.S. Constitution. Does one seriously desire a candidate whose purse strings are controlled by a foreign nation in pay-to-play the ability to control the way of life here by giving our leaders money? In Qatar, most women additionally are kept secluded and are not allowed out of their homes. Don’t be fooled by the rhetoric for women and those of LGBT orientation – our rights as women and my friends who are LGBT will not be protected.
In other words, if you wish to adopt a more globalist view, keep going, elect those looking to tromp on our Constitution and Bill of Rights. But for those looking to preserve our rights one must choose the candidate willing to fight to keep those rights in place. That candidate is not Hillary Rodham Clinton, as she has shown she laughs at our Constitution and our Constitutional Rights. And she laughs at all of us…but does not laugh at those lining her pockets. In Hillary’s eyes, most Americans are stupid, including those who support her party but are not big money players in the game. And those not with her at all, fit into a “Basket of Deplorables.”
Follow the Constitution, don’t stray from it or abolish it…it’s that simple.
Never forget these words in our preamble…keep them always close to your heart: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty, to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
